Marquette climbs in the polls (2/13/12 - 1:20 pm)

With wins last week over De Paul and Cincinnati, the Marquette men moved up in the AP and Coaches Poll this week. The Golden Eagles bounced up from 19 to 13 in the Coaches Poll and 18 to 12 in the AP Poll Monday.
The Golden Eagles have run their season record 21-5 with a 10-3 league mark. After starting 1-2 in the Big East, Marquette has rattled of 9 wins in their last 10 contests. Marquette's only game this week is a trip to Connecticut on Saturday. Entering the week, the Golden Eagles are 2nd in the Big East, 2-games behind Syracuse.
