No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. All decisions of WSCO are final.
Contestants must be 18 years of age or older to win unless otherwise specified.
Employees of WSCO, Woodward Communications, participating sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.
Prizes will be mailed unless otherwise specified. Prizes that are to picked up will be available at our offices located at 2800 E. College Ave., Appleton. Special arrangements can be made to pick up a prize at our Green Bay office located at 1263 Main St., Suite 225, Green Bay. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 4:30pm unless otherwise specified.
Woodward Communications is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected prizes sent by mail. Woodward Communications will not mail prizes to P.O. boxes.
No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. All federal, state, and local taxes are sole responsibility of winner.
Prize winner may be required to sign a waiver releasing WSCO, Woodward Communications, its officers, directors, employees, sponsors, partners, agents, assigns and affiliated companies from attorneys fee, as a result of participation in the contest and/or use of the prize.
One winner per family and/or household per thirty days.
Woodward Communications, Inc. is not responsible for busy signals, problems/failures related to any contestant's phone services, misdialed, lost, late, unreadable, stolen or misdirected entries.
Station reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for all contests and giveaways.
Calling WSCO or entering any contest on the station's web site (http://www.am1570thescore.com) constitutes prior permission to use your name, character, photograph, voice and likeness in connection with promotion of any and all contests on WSCO and waives any claim of royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
Station reserves the right to change, alter or modify these rules at any time with or without written notice. These are general contest rules, and rules for individual contests may vary. To the extent that any individual contest rules differ from the rules set forth herein, the individual contest rules will govern and control.
Station reserves the right to end or stop any contest at any time and for any reason.
Anything other than tickets or coupons (things that can be mailed in normal envelope at normal stamp pricing) need to be picked up at the radio station in either Green Bay or Appleton during normal business hours with in 30 days of winning. |
